Dax is a Canadian rapper, originally born in St. John’s, Newfoundland, grew up in Ottawa and now lives in Los Angeles. Dax raps about depression, addiction, mental health, fame, god (spirituality), and anything else humans suffer from. His pure honesty and creative way of expressing it hits you deep in the feels. His videos are insanely trippy, and his lyrics are inspiring. He raps from the depths of his soul; you can hear it in every word, verse, and song. I relate to this song so much as someone in recovery from addiction, specifically alcohol. Dax is so brutally honest about the insanity of addiction.
