Who doesn’t like a good Ted Talk am I right? Nowadays, there is a Ted Talk available on any topic from space travel to cellular biology. Here are 5 different Ted Talks focusing on mental health. A subject I hold dear to my heart.

Kevin Breel: Confessions of a Depressed Comic

Tim Box: How to stop feeling anxious about anxiety

Colin Bien: Breaking The Loop of Anxiety

He studied at the Leuphana University Lüneburg, the University of Oldenburg and the University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania. He is co-founder of the student initiative Nachdenkstatt. Colin has consulted the European Court of Auditors in greening their procurement processes and was invited as an expert in the field of sustainability reporting in higher education by the German Council for Sustainability. He co-initiated the Sustainability Reporting Network in Higher Education, now HOCHN. By the age of 24 he and two friends founded Boom le Choc, a DJ Team that shared stage with numerous DJs from all across the world.
